As we enter an exciting phase of growth and active fundraising, we are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.
Position Overview
Jacmel Partners is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of investor meetings, internal operations, and external communications during our fundraising period and beyond. This position will report directly into the CEO, C-Suite and VP staff at Jacmel Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex, dynamic calendars across multiple time zones. Coordinate internal and external meetings with LPs, advisors, portfolio companies, and service providers.
- Investor Relations Support: Assist with fundraising logistics including LP scheduling, CRM updates, data room coordination, and follow-ups.
- Travel Coordination: Book and manage detailed travel itineraries for roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings for multiple executive team members.
- Office & Project Support: Serve as a hub for team operations—manage supplies, organize events, and support ad hoc project execution.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive materials and information with the utmost professionalism.
- 3–7 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally in private equity, investment banking, or high-growth environments
- Minimum 3 year’s experience booking and coordinating travel and reservations for team members with heavy travel needs
- Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs of executive team members
- Highly organized and resourceful, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Affinity, Salesforce)
