Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate’s primary responsibility is prepping laptops and shipping

equipment for our customers. In addition, ensuring incoming and outgoing products are

accounted for and handled properly for inventory purposes.


Responsibilities/Job Functions:

• Inspect the contents of merchandise inbound and outbound for damage, noting

discovered damage or issues accordingly.

• Ensure orders match the items, quantities, and the address appropriately.

• Prepare documents before shipment, such as shipping orders.

• Packing, seal, and label the products for distribution.

• Sorting incoming accessories for specific customers or projects.

• Prepare products for repurposing.

• Imaging laptops. This means prepping and installing correct programs onto the

computers to accommodate the customers’ needs and troubleshooting any issues

while doing so.

• Repair products and run diagnostics tests as needed.

• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to determine inefficiencies and work

on improving the operation.• Occasional driving of the company box truck or forklift may be required (forklift

training provided)

• Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse management.


Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Excel and Office Suite experience, preferred.

• Ability to stand for several hours at a time.

• Ability to lift boxes in excess of 30 lbs on a repetitive basis
